Village is 5 minutes from the coast and 20 minutes from the centre of Perth. A
bus to Warwick train station passes our door.
We have 20 two
bedroom architect designed Villas. They feature fully fitted kitchens, built in
robes and private courtyards. All have air conditioning insulated ceilings and
security screens fitted to doors and windows.
We care
about your well-being - a unique "are you well" system is installed in
Villas to ensure Residents' daily well-being. This is also linked to our 24
hour emergency call service.
Our lodge building offers 33
assisted living apartments either in a two room or bed sitter design. We
provide daily meals, unit cleaning and linen service all for an
inclusive fortnightly levy. Our friendly atmosphere will make you
feel that you are living in an exclusive Private Hotel.
